Mulwala 1 Mulwala Water Ski Club in August is up next…high energy and great music is what Scarecrow – The Mellencamp Show deliver & we’re looking forward to bringing it to NSW!

Mellencamp fans will be mezmerised at the performance of front man Gary Young as he sings and plays through hit after hit of the 80’s superstar.

Scarecrow leaves nothing to chance in recreating the sounds and visual excitement that takes audiences on this whirlwind trip. The hits are all there and even Mr. Mellencamp himself has professed his pleasure at the bands musical accuracy when it comes to his songs and their performances.

Father’s Day weekend we’ll return to the Mulwala Water Ski Club. Yarrawonga Mulwala region’s premier venue for sport, dining or just plain relaxing. Featuring stunning views of Lake Mulwala from their Malibu Deck, renowned restaurants, bar and coffee lounge are the perfect place to get together for a meal, enjoy a quiet drink, or catch up with friends over a hot cappuccino. A fantastic live entertainment venue – all live and free!

Mulwala Ski Club – Melbourne Road, Mulwala NSW

As always, excitement is starting to reach fever pitch in the lead up to the 17th annual “Yamaha Cod Classic”. You would be crazy to miss this iconic event held at the home of the Murray Cod – Lake Mulwala. An estimated 3000+ anglers will be looking to share in the staggering prize pool that totals in excess of $150K….

More importantly you would be crazy to miss our live show and relive those  heady  days  when  songs  like  “Hurt  So  Good”,  “Cherry  Bomb”  “Pink  Houses”  and  “Lonely  Ol’  Night”  were  the  anthems  of  a  generation  and  now  the  Classic  hits  of  today…looking forward to seeing you next weekend!

It was a big night at The Whalers, but Jo’s bass managed to stay in tune!

Unfortunately Gary came off second best after a run in with Jo’s bass Saturday night…. Fortunately it didn’t cause more damage & the show went on!!

Stagecraft tips for Singers – ‘The Singers Companion’ – “It is vital that you understand word-for-word what you are singing about. The overall presentation and word emphases are believable when you truly live with the text and make it your own” …..well he certainly made it his own. There is no limit to the lengths this guy will go to, to make a performance real!

Now resting up & preparing for the next show in Mulwala 🙂
