Only a few weekends ago, these dedicated volunteers were out there protecting Victorians from blazing bushfires and keeping nearby communities safe. Now it’s our turn to show them how much we appreciate everything they do.

You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy their Texas BBQ sharing plates, straight from the smoker & classic American-smoked delicacies, including vegetarian options.
