PK’s BBQ at Bellarine Estate specialises in the Trinity of Texas BBQ, Angus brisket, free range pork ribs and house made sausage. All cooked low and slow in their purpose built off-set smoker using red gum, wine soaked oak and sweet fruit woods to deliver that awesome smoke flavour. If the Trinity is not your thing, they also smoke chicken, fish, and vegetables. No BYO Food or alcohol, Both definitely available on the night.
